Standardize test naming conventions and AAA comment structure #125

Two unit test files used legacy test_ prefix instead of it_ prefix, and five ReportBuilder feature tests used capitalized AAA comments (/* Arrange */) instead of lowercase (/* arrange */). This PR standardizes all test files to follow consistent conventions across the codebase.

Changes

Unit Tests - Converted to modern conventions:

DateHelpersTest.php: Renamed 5 methods from test_* to it_*, added #[Test] attributes
ReportTemplateFileRepositoryTest.php: Renamed 10 methods from test_* to it_*, added #[Test] attributes

Feature Tests - Standardized AAA comment casing:

Updated 5 ReportBuilder test files to use lowercase /* arrange */, /* act */, /* assert */ comments

Example

Before:

Verification

✅ 311 test methods using it_ prefix (0 using test_)
